
Foster Care Closet

The Foster Care Closet is located inside of The Arbor Church (120 E. Main St., Spring Arbor, MI). You can bring donations to Door 1 of the church building from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., Monday - Thursday.
The Foster Care Closet helps foster kids in Jackson, Michigan, by serving as a direct resource to foster care workers supporting foster families and biological parents. We are accepting new and gently used donations! Below you can find a complete list of accepted items.

Shoes (Tennis shoes, sneakers, slides or crocs)
Coats
Winter gear (hats, gloves, snow pants, boots)
Diaper bags / backpacks & duffel bags
Twin, toddler, and infant bedding
baby gates
potty seats
pack n plays
high chairs
strollers
Twin & Toddler bed frames
cribs
Toddler / Crib mattresses (vinyl covered only)
Changing tables
Large, reusable sturdy bags (IKEA, Homegoods, TJ Maxx, etc.)

Wipes
Bottles
Pacifiers
Infant shampoo & lotion
Toddler toothbrushes & toothpaste
Kid/ adult shampoo, soap & lotion

Twin mattresses
Infant formula (not expired)
Activity Books
Small toys
Journals
Small games or crafts
Car seats (If used, all straps must be present and in working order, never have been involved in an accident, must be at least 18 months before the manufacturer’s expiration, clean and ready to use!)
